Shipping policy
After choosing to place an order with Manuka Biotic, the following process occurs:
You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
Goods shall be packaged to prevent product damage during transport.
Delivery pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. For more information contact support@manukabiotic.co.nz
If we cannot deliver to your address, a full refund of your order will be provided. Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (weekdays) of being received except during sale and promotional periods, public holidays, or festive seasons. Orders will arrive between approximately 2-5 business for New Zealand customers and 2-7 days for Australian customers, 12- 15 days for International customers from dispatch except during the periods outlined above. Please note that Manuka Biotic cannot make guarantees on behalf of our 3rd party couriers where delivery times and tracking information are concerned.
